Your account

Ask your edition's administrator or write to info@laboiq.com from the account's email. We delete it along with your sign-in data, alerts and devices within 30 days and confirm by email.

Facebook and Instagram

An administrator of your organization can disconnect the Facebook Page and the Instagram account from your edition's settings in GrantIQ; when they do, we immediately delete the access token Meta gave us. You can also remove GrantIQ from Facebook: Settings → Business integrations → GrantIQ → Remove.

If you remove GrantIQ from Facebook or write to ask, we delete the token and the Page and Instagram account identifiers. What was already published stays on your Page: delete it from Facebook or Instagram.

What is kept

The case-file history (what was submitted, what was published and when) belongs to your organization and stays in its edition while it has the service, because it is part of the federal funds record.
